If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it, or refund your payment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.
To return an item, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:
Please be sure to double check that the garment meets these requirements prior to returning them. If we are unable to qualify the return, it will be up to you to provide additional shipping to return the item or it will be discarded.
To expedite the returns process please include the order number and clear instructions as to what you would like returned or exchanged. We won't cross reference returns to emails sent. We cannot hold items for exchanges, all exchanges are subject to our inventory at the time we receive the item back. Thank you for understanding.

IMPORTANT: Please include a note specifying what you would like to exchange your item for so we can avoid any mistakes. We also recommend obtaining a tracking number from your preferred mail courier when sending return items. Although our rings are small items, due to thickness often they will require additional postage.
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 3 business days).
If you received free shipping with your original purchase and request a partial refund, you will be charged the amount of the original order's shipping cost if the total refund drops below our $75.00 free shipping policy.
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
